功能說明

Anvil is a complete strength-training log that lives on the watch. Start a routine, an empty workout or today's suggested session, do your set and tap Done: the log screen opens already filled in with the target weight and reps, so most sets take two taps. Adjust a rep with a tap or a button, set your reps in reserve and save. The rest timer starts by itself, adapts to how hard the set was, buzzes when it is over and shows the next target. That target is worked out for you. From your history Anvil estimates your one-rep max with Epley and Brzycki and applies double progression: hit the top of the rep range with something in reserve and the weight goes up by a real plate step, otherwise it asks for one more rep, and when you stall while grinding to failure it suggests a deload. A body map shows every muscle group from red (just trained) through orange to green (recovered), and Today's workout builds a session from the muscles that are ready and the sets you still need this week, with exercises from your own history and weights from the progression advice. WHAT IT DOES - Two-tap set logging, prefilled with the target; plank and other timed exercises keep their timer - Recovery body map, front and back, with percent recovered and hours to go per muscle group - Today's workout: one tap builds a session from recovered muscles and your weekly set gap - Strength level for bench, squat, deadlift, overhead press, row and pull-up, from Beginner to Elite, with what you need for the next level - Record moment with an animation and a buzz when you beat your estimated 1RM or a rep record - Plates per side on the set screen, warm-up sets, and a percent-of-1RM table per exercise - Smart rest: longer after a set to failure, shorter with reps to spare, and the longest rest of a superset - Routine builder with eight templates, 88 exercises in eleven muscle groups, supersets, per-side exercises, notes and custom exercises - Weekly sets per muscle group against the 10–20 band, volume per week, body weight log, streaks and records - Strength activity in Garmin Connect with a lap per set, five languages, kilograms or pounds, and a glance with your week WHAT IT NEEDS - Nothing but the watch: no phone, no account, no internet - Your body weight (or the one in your Garmin profile) for the strength levels

更新記錄

Silent by default: no more lap beep after every set (turn "Lap per set" on in the settings if you want laps in Garmin Connect).
