功能說明

QRWod brings your gym's workout of the day to your wrist. Send the WOD from the QRWod phone app (iPhone and Android) to your watch, then follow it exercise by exercise: • Warm-up, skill and WOD in a single Garmin activity • One press of the lap button = exercise done • Rest periods, EMOM minutes and time caps counted down automatically • Pause and resume at any time • A running screen that shows up by itself during runs: current pace, average pace, distance done / planned • A timeline screen: what's done (with times), what's next • Heart rate always on screen At the end, your split times go back to QRWod automatically: your log, your records and your gym's leaderboard are filled in for you. The workout is also saved as a Garmin activity (Garmin Connect, Strava). Requires the free QRWod app on your phone (link your watch once with a 6-digit code: QRWod › Profile › My watch). Works with For Time, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals, Hyrox-style runs and CrossFit benchmarks. QRWod only receives your times and the distance of each exercise. Heart rate, GPS track and activity data stay with Garmin. Privacy policy: https://qrwod.app/confidentialite
