ZenFlow combines a breathing circle animation with a stress history graph. The circle expands and contracts in a calming rhythm, while the stress graph shows your stress levels over the past hour. A visual guide for mindfulness throughout your day.
Stress data is pulled from your Garmin's built-in stress tracking sensor.
