Follow your DechFit strength workouts on Garmin. Sync from the DechFit phone app, record sets, weight and repetitions, use the rest timer and finish your workout on the watch. Synced workouts remain available offline. Live heart rate works while the watch app is open. Requires a DechFit student account and the updated DechFit mobile app supporting this new listing.
