功能說明

I'm Steev, your running coach. This data field puts my words on your Run screen while you run a session I planned. Start a Steev session on your watch and I show the step you're on in big letters, with the next one below it. On the first step, the reason for today's run. Mid-rep, the cue to hold on to: "Quick feet, tall posture", "Relax your shoulders". Steps without a cue show what they are: Warm-up, Recovery, Cool-down. Nothing is ever cut off: what doesn't fit your screen whole, I leave out. With no session running, you see my face. What you need - A free Steev account at steev.run, with Garmin connected: in Settings on the web or your Profile in the iPhone app, tap Connect and allow workout import. - A session on your watch: Send to Garmin on a planned run, or Sync my whole plan. Start it from your watch's Training menu, with this field on one of your Run data screens. What I send Nothing. The field has no network access and asks for no permissions. Your runs reach me through Garmin Connect.
