功能說明

FuelPulse is a Garmin Connect IQ data field for runners who need reliable fueling reminders during long runs and ultra-distance events. The app is designed around a simple idea: instead of reminding athletes after a fixed amount of time, FuelPulse estimates fueling needs from activity data such as calories, pace, heart rate, speed and elevation. When the next gel is due, the watch shows a strong visual alert with color and animation. Why FuelPulse? Ultra runners often run for many hours. Their fueling strategy depends on more than time alone: calorie burn current intensity pace or speed elevation gain gender/body-profile assumptions race type and duration FuelPulse starts with calorie-based gel timing and leaves clear extension points for more advanced rules.
