Beskrivning
Chargewise Sync sends your watch's own readings to your Chargewise account, so the Chargewise pacing app can use them:
- heart rate (one reading a minute)
- Body Battery
- steps
- overnight heart-rate variability (HRV)
- the watch's battery level and reading checks
It sends every 15 minutes through the Garmin Connect app on your phone. Nothing is sent until you pair the watch: open Chargewise Sync on the watch, then type the code it shows into Chargewise (Settings, then Watch). Unpair there at any time to stop it.
In return, Chargewise sends back the heart-rate limit, caution line and "minutes above your limit before the next day is flagged" you set there. Chargewise Sync passes them to the Chargewise Pacing Face watch face on the same watch, so the face counts and colours the minutes above your own limit. They stay on the watch.
Leave the app setting "Server" on Chargewise.
