Chargewise Sync sends your watch's own readings to your Chargewise account, so the Chargewise pacing app can use them:
- heart rate (one reading a minute)
- Body Battery
- steps
- overnight heart-rate variability (HRV)
It sends every 15 minutes through the Garmin Connect app on your phone. Nothing is sent until you pair the watch: open Chargewise Sync on the watch, then type the code it shows into Chargewise (Settings, then Watch). Unpair there at any time to stop it.
In return, Chargewise sends back the heart-rate limit and caution line you set there. Chargewise Sync passes them to the Chargewise Pacing Face watch face on the same watch, so the face counts the minutes above your own limit. They stay on the watch.
Leave the app setting "Server" on Chargewise.
