Beskrivelse

Owner's Manual: https://shorturl.at/uxyQZ Take your wellness to the next level with the Plunge & Sauna app! Designed for cold exposure and sauna enthusiasts, this app helps you build a cold plunge, cold shower or sauna routine while tracking your progress. The app notifies you when the activity starts, at the end of each cycle, and when the session is complete. It’s highly flexible, allowing you to customize the mode (countdown, stopwatch, multi-countdown, or multi-stopwatch), the duration of each stage, rest settings, alert preferences, and more. It also supports external sensors like Garmin Tempe and HRM straps for accurate data tracking. Additionally, you can enable the Manual Temp option to manually enter the temperature at the end of each session, which will then be available in Garmin Connect. After downloading, you'll have a 14-day trial period. After that, the app requires a one-time payment of $3.49. To purchase the app, please follow the instructions on your watch after the trial ends. Activation page: https://www.kzl.io/code If you have any issues, suggestions or improvements, please use the Contact Developer link. The average response time is within 24 hours during workdays.
