Beskrivning

Run a 3-minute HRV test directly on your Garmin and understand the result in the context of your personal health history when connected to the DreamDoc platform The App measures: • HRV / RMSSD based on Beat to Beat Intervals • Mean heart rate • Signal quality • Movement during measurement (stops when movement was detected) The standard test takes only 3 minutes. Connect the App to DreamDoc and understand your HRV based on your Garmin Data: A single HRV result has limited meaning without context. When connected to DreamDoc, HRV+ measurements become timestamped events inside your longitudinal Garmin health data. Your HRV session can be interpreted alongside changes in: • overnight HRV • resting heart rate • sleep • stress • respiration • activity and workouts • personal physiological baselines This makes it possible to look beyond: “What is my HRV?” and start asking: “What changed, and what was happening around it?” Your data, over time Synchronization with DreamDoc lets you build longitudinal history instead of losing every measurement as an isolated number. HRV+ is free to download and use on compatible Garmin devices. Measure deliberately. Compare over time. Understand what changes. HRV+ is not a medical App and just for informational purpose. In case you have problems or find a bug, please do not rate this App with 1 star but contact us at [email protected] and we fix your issue.
