Beskrivning

Free during introductory period! Just kidding--it'll always be free. Capacity is meant for regular people who have a body and want: - functional fitness (aka, want that body to work well for a long time) - to maintain or improve their strength with sustainable progression - to hit every type of calisthenic movement (push, pull, hinge, etc.) - to train primarily by bodyweight (minimal equipment requirement) But don't want to have to think about: - sets / reps - rest and recovery timing (within and between workouts) - scheduling / programming - movement groupings and alternations Capacity is meant for *most* people. It adapts to you...but it's probably not great for weightlifters or competetive athletes. (It does not train impulse power or heavy-weight strength.) ------------------- How it works: Onboarding: - You select movements you want to train (from an initial set of five; more progressively unlock) - Complete placement tests to measure your baseline (spread cross workout days) - Results inform follow-on workouts Wokrout Programming: - Capacity determines moves / reps / sets / holds / rests; mixes major calisthetnic movement types - Usually 3-4 movements; interleaved in circuits (less than 20 minute workouts) - Set targets are about 60-75% your max (submaximal exercise) - 48 - 48 - 72 rest hours between workouts (with an ability to knock-out the workout up to 12 hours 'early') Library: - push-ups / pike push-ups / elevated pike pushups - squats / split squats - pull-ups - rows - glute bridges / split glute bridges - situps - planks / side planks
