Chroma packs the dial edge to edge with a honeycomb of 36 circles and a rim of spectrum rings. • The 12 circles around the time are live metrics. Each ring fills to show progress: steps against your goal, Body Battery, battery, heart rate, stress, calories, floors, sleep score, Pulse Ox, VO2 max, distance and weekly intensity minutes. • The outer 24 circles are your day, hour by hour. Each ring fills with the steps you took in that hour, coloured around the spectrum like a clock. Hours still to come show yesterday, so you always see the last 24 hours. The current hour reads NOW. • Choose any of 21 metrics for each circle: also respiration, recovery time, notifications, temperature, next sunrise or sunset, altitude, weekly running distance, pressure and the move bar. • On Venu X1 the honeycomb fills the whole screen: 8 more metric circles in the corners and along the sides, 20 in all, and spectrum rings in every gap. • Choose how many steps fill an hour ring, or let Chroma use a tenth of your step goal. • Press a circle to open its Garmin glance. • Low-power always-on mode: the time, the date and a dot for each active hour, shifted every minute to protect the screen. Chroma starts counting hours when you install it. Hours from before that are estimated from today's steps and heart rate.
