Beskrivning

Ebbcast learns how your Body Battery behaves through the day and tells you where it is heading. For every hour it learns how fast your level drops or rises, separately for workdays and weekends, and projects your current level forward to bedtime: what you will have left, and when you will cross your own threshold. It checks in the background every 15 minutes, so the glance stays current and you get a notification when your Body Battery falls below the threshold, or an early warning when the forecast says you will get there within two hours. A stress level above your usual for that hour steepens the next two hours of the forecast. Ebbcast is a planning aid, not a medical device. WHAT IT DOES - Forecast of your Body Battery at bedtime and the time it is expected to drop below your threshold - While you sleep: expected level at wake-up - Learned hourly pattern per workday and weekend, shown as a bar chart of points per hour - Today's curve with the forecast line and your threshold - Threshold alert and early warning, at most once a day each, never in your sleep window - Training cost: compares your daytime drop on days with 30+ intensity minutes against rest days - Glance with current level, forecast and a bar with threshold and forecast markers - Adjustable threshold, bedtime and wake time (defaults from your user profile) WHAT IT NEEDS - A watch with Body Battery and stress history - Wear the watch day and night; the forecast becomes reliable after a few days of learning - Notifications need a watch that supports them; on other watches the app opens itself with a vibration
