The target value is represented by a gray arc, and the current value is represented by an arc having the current 'general color' of the watch face. * Left Arc: Daily count of steps. * Right Arc: Daily count of floors climbed. Default targets can be set using the Garmin Connect phone app. --------------------- ● 'MOVE' ALERT 'Move' alert (optional) if the user is stationary for more than about 1 hour. The font size of the Move alert increases progressively (every 15 minutes) until maximal size is reached or until the user starts walking. Otherwise, save Settings with Garmin Express, a PC app: https://www.garmin.com/en-US/software/express/windows/ --------------------- ● ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS * The active Calories calculation uses equations created by the developers markdotai and topcaser. * The 24/12-hours formatting uses code from PixelPathos' Crystal watch face
