TRACK YOUR LIFTS. BUILD STRENGTH. UNLEASH POWER. POWERLIFTING POWER PRO — the complete strength coach and meet-day companion, unlimited. Buy once, lift forever. No subscription. Pick a session and the watch runs it for you: it knows your working weights from your 1RMs, shows every set as "reps @ weight", counts the rest between sets with a bold countdown (add +30 s or skip with one press), and records everything to Garmin Connect as strength training with ONE LAP PER SET. THE PROGRAMS • Beginner 5x5, a 5/3/1-style wave, a weekly undulating wave, a 3-week peak and a meet-prep taper — five proven plans with a persistent cursor: the watch always knows your next day, bumps your training maxes and reacts to a missed opener. • Prebuilt sessions and a fresh Daily Lift every day, challenges (including the chained Total Test Day) and a step-by-step custom builder. MEET MODE Run a full competition day: bodyweight and openers in a short wizard, then 9 attempts with suggested jumps, good lift / no lift scoring, a per-side plate strip for the loader, an optional 60 s attempt clock and a live Total with DOTS. Bomb-out logic included. The summary shows your 9-cell attempt board and marks every new meet PB. KNOW YOUR STRENGTH • 1RM tests with a warm-up ramp and made/missed attempts — a made test can update your profile 1RM automatically. • A 3RM / 5RM / 8RM rep-max ladder and e1RM (Epley) from every hard set. • Plate calculator: per-side loading with IPF colours in kg, labelled steel plates in lb, micro plates and 15 kg bar options. • Progress: per-lift PBs, e1RM trends, weekly tonnage, session records and bodyweight-multiple milestones. WHILE YOU TRAIN • Rest countdown with warning cues, heart rate on screen, RPE logging. • Automatic rep counting on bodyweight accessories. • kg or lb — your choice, everywhere. Works across the whole fenix / epix / Forerunner / venu / vivoactive family — round and rectangular, AMOLED and MIP, touch and button-only. Everything is drawn in code so it looks sharp on every screen. On-watch language: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Russian, Lithuanian. CONTROLS Scroll with UP / DOWN (or touch), START to select and to confirm a set, BACK to go back. During a set, START confirms your reps; in the rest, UP adds 30 s and START skips. Version 2.0.1 - Release version display fix - Fixed the Welcome and About screens, which incorrectly displayed v1.0.0 in release 2.0.0. - Both screens now use the version generated from each edition's release manifest. - Training calculations, saved workouts and trial limits are unchanged. Version 2.0.0 - Beginner 5x5 improvements - Choose a starting week from 1 to 12 and review all five working weights before starting. - Keep existing working weights, use the standard starting loads, or recalculate from 50%, 55% or 60% of available profile 1RMs. Barbell Row remains individually editable. - Skip ahead to a confirmed week's first session without changing working weights or miss counters. - Cancel setup or restart edits without replacing the active program. - Incomplete or stale session saves do not advance the 5x5 program; a fully recorded session advances it once. - Fixed touch handling in numeric editors so UP, DOWN and confirmation match their displayed controls. v1.0.1 - bugs fixed First release - v1.0.0
