Beskrivning

Ledgr puts a full financial calculator on your wrist: time value of money with all five keys, a loan and mortgage view with the full amortization schedule, net present value and internal rate of return for uneven cash flows, savings with inflation, and break-even. It uses the same cash-flow sign convention and equation as the classic business calculators, and its results match the worked examples in the HP 12C owner's handbook. Enter any four of N, I/YR, PV, PMT and FV and solve for the fifth; the interest rate is found by iteration. The loan view shows the payment per month, the total interest, the linear (straight-line principal) alternative and what an extra payment per month does: how much sooner the loan is paid off and how much interest it saves. Every number is entered on a large rotating keypad: aim, then confirm. WHAT IT DOES - TVM solver: N, I/YR, PV, PMT, FV, BEGIN/END, 1-52 payments per year - Loan: payment, total interest, linear first and last payment, linear total interest - Extra payment per period: months sooner, interest saved, new payoff time - Amortization schedule per year or per period: interest, principal, balance - NPV and IRR for up to 20 cash flow groups with repeat counts (Nj) - Savings: start amount plus deposits, future value, interest earned and value in today's money after inflation - Break-even units and revenue with a target profit - Save up to 12 TVM and loan scenarios and load them back - Currency symbol ($, €, £, ¥, kr, CHF or none), 0 or 2 decimals, number format follows the watch language - Glance: your last result WHAT IT NEEDS - Any Connect IQ watch; no phone connection, no sensors - Results are estimates for planning; check binding figures with your lender or adviser
