Descrição

myWOD brings the workout timer from the myWOD app to your Garmin watch. Four timers, the same as on the phone: - Standard: count up for time, or count down with a cutoff, halfway alert and overrun. - EMOM: rounds of work and rest, with an optional halfway alert. - Custom: 20/10 intervals or any work/rest pattern, in sets with a rest between sets. - Lap: a split for every round. On the wrist: - Clear cues you can feel: short buzz for rest, long buzz for work, a horn-style triple buzz at the end. Tones on watches that have them. - Big numbers in the myWOD colours: red while you work, blue while you rest, purple between sets, orange when paused, green when time is up. - Rounds by one tap, with a split time for every round and a question about the partial round at the end. - Every workout saved as a Garmin activity with one lap per round and your heart rate, so it shows up in Garmin Connect. - A summary right on the watch: total time, rounds and reps, splits, average and maximum heart rate. - Get-ready countdown, pause and resume, and a workout that comes back if the app is closed by mistake. - In 11 languages: English, Danish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Swedish, Turkish. Free, with nothing to unlock. Sending results to the myWOD app on your phone is planned for a later version. myWOD is the lightweight workout log for CrossFit-style training: WODs, personal records, benchmark workouts and a timer, on iPhone and Android. Pickers now accept only with the start button or the green check mark, so a stray tap no longer closes them. The question after an unfinished round reads "Reps in round N?", the summary shows "Rounds + Reps", long titles wrap, and the finished screen shows TIME! on every watch.
