Circadia is a sleep aid for your wrist: quiet, rhythmic vibration patterns that guide your breathing or heart rate down as you drift off, with your heart rate tracked live throughout. Five session types, one goal - Box Breathing: even 4-4-4-4 second inhale/hold/exhale/hold cycles. - 4-7-8 Breathing: the classic relaxation breath, 4s inhale, 7s hold, 8s exhale. - Adaptive Pulse: reads your live heart rate and gently paces the vibration just below it, smoothing out sensor noise as it goes. - Classic Pulse: a steady metronome vibration at a fixed tempo, or a slow ramp down from a higher to a lower tempo. - Resonance Breathing: paced 4s inhale / 6s exhale cycles at the classic 0.1 Hz resonance-breathing rate. Each breathing phase has its own distinct vibration, so you can follow along with your eyes closed. Designed for the dark During a session the screen switches to a warm, dim orange. Breathing sessions show the current phase large inside a progress ring, colored per phase; pulse sessions show your heart rate with a small since-start badge. Choose your duration, then breathe Pick a session type, set the duration minute by minute on a wheel, and press START. Optionally stop automatically once your heart rate drops below a threshold. Everything on the watch All settings (session type, tempo/ramp, stop conditions, vibration strength, keep screen on, and an option to disable the touchscreen during a session so a stray touch in your sleep can't cut it short) live right on the watch. No phone required. Your session history After each session you get a summary: duration, heart rate from start to end, and min/max. The last 20 sessions are saved on the watch and can be browsed any time. Available in English and Dutch.
