[Long description]
KamonoHashi4 - Power Zone Training Data Field
A single-screen power training data field for Garmin Edge cycling computers, built for structured workouts and interval training.
- Power zone history graph - Instantaneous (P1) and lap/long-term average (P2) power plotted on a 9-zone axis, so every zone gets a readable amount of screen space instead of being squeezed by raw watts.
- P1/P2 combo gauge - During a workout, a compact "bar-in-bar" gauge shows your current and next target zone at a glance, with a red outline marking your current target.
- Torque Effectiveness (TE) - Live TE value and bar from ANT+ power meters that support TE/PS, with automatic (and manually overridable) handling for single-sided power meters so the reading isn't averaged down to half its true value.
- Flexible FTP & zones - Use Garmin's official FTP/zone profile, or set your own manual FTP and 9 custom zone thresholds (%FTP).
- Workout aware - Follows native Garmin Connect structured workouts; on supported devices, you can also build a simple step plan (time + zone) directly in the settings.
- Full footer - Speed, Cadence, Heart Rate, Distance, Altitude, Grade, Time of day, and Elapsed time, all in one glance.
Supported devices: Edge 530, 540, 550, 830, 840, 850
Power-based features require an ANT+ power meter. Heart rate and TE/PS features require compatible ANT+ sensors.
