Your Heftig strength workout on your wrist:
• Start routines and complete sets
• Edit weight, repetitions and duration
• Synced rest timers with vibration and a preview of the next set
• View heart rate and workout average, then save on your phone
Requires the current Heftig test build, a Heftig account and Garmin Connect on Android or iPhone. An invitation to the closed Android test or internal TestFlight group is currently required. On iPhone, authorize your Garmin watch once in Settings → Connections.
Keep your phone nearby and Heftig open on the watch. No separate Garmin FIT recording. The app interface is in German.
