Descrição

Heart rate pacing is used by folk with conditions such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and Long COVID to avoid over-exertion. The Pacing Watch Face displays a heart rate arc with a visible alert when their alert threshold is exceeded. Arcs with other energy and exertion metrics are also displayed. This is NOT a medical device and is for information purposes only. Advice should be sought from a qualified health professional.
