Pro Version - https://apps.garmin.com/apps/de5b7123-28d6-4974-8ab8-8825a83237ee Stretch Power turns your watch into a guided stretching coach. Pick a routine, follow the hold timer, and breathe with the pacer. No phone, no equipment, no guessing how long to hold. WHAT YOU GET FREE Three complete guided sessions, and the full 45-stretch library stays open permanently - every illustration, alignment cue and recommended hold time, plus your progress and all settings. After three sessions the routines lock; the library does not. 45 STRETCHES, 9 BODY AREAS Neck and shoulders, chest and arms, upper back, lower back and spine, hips and glutes, hip flexors and quads, hamstrings, calves and ankles, and full body. Every stretch has its own illustration and a plain-language alignment cue. 16 ROUTINES, THREE LEVELS Six Beginner routines, six Intermediate, four Advanced - from a three-minute Desk Relief to a nine-minute Long Hold Restore. DURING THE SESSION A progress ring counts down the hold. A second ring paces your breath, with vibration and tone cues so you can keep your eyes closed. Position dots show where you are, and the next stretch appears during each transition. Sessions save to Garmin Connect with per-stretch laps. WANT ALL 16 ROUTINES? Get Stretch Power Pro, a separate app in the Connect IQ store, for unlimited sessions and every routine unlocked. - bikintulis.de
