* Page 1 (Summary & VO2max): Distance, duration, avg pace, avg/peak power & HR, and ACSM-estimated VO2max.
* Page 2 (Movement & Progression): Avg/min/max technique score (/10), intra-session trend, inter-session delta, and full-workout progression chart.
* Page 3 (Mechanics): Avg/max work (J) & force (N), avg stroke length, handle peak position, avg cadence, total strokes, and kcal.
* Page 4 (Vs Reference): Dedicated screen comparing your workout deltas (Distance, Pace, Power, Force, Score/VO2max) against your Reference session.
* Page 5 (Support): Developer support info.
- Native Garmin Connect "Indoor Rowing" Recording:
* Saves natively under "Indoor Rowing" (counts towards Garmin Rowing badges, Training Load, and recovery).
