Requires a Nextcloud server that you host yourself, running the OTP Manager app. This is a client for that server and has no service of its own: without one, it shows its setup screen and nothing else. Generates TOTP two-factor codes on your watch, read from your Nextcloud vault. Codes are computed on the watch itself. The account list is cached, so the app opens instantly and keeps working with your phone out of range — only the explicit Refresh goes back to the server. Setup is two fields and a sign-in: enter your server address and your vault password, then sign in to Nextcloud in your phone's browser. The watch is issued its own Nextcloud app password and never asks you to type one. Optionally locked with a PIN, set on the watch. Enter it once and it holds for 24 hours, and only while the watch stays on your wrist. Setting a PIN also encrypts the stored passwords and, for a vault with no password of its own, the cached codes. Authenticates only to the server you configure. Nothing is sent to the developer or to any third party. HOTP accounts and SHA-512 are listed but cannot generate codes — HOTP needs a server-side counter, and the watch has no SHA-512. Accounts shared with you by other users are not shown.
