Orbit is an analog watch face with floating complications: a large hour sub-dial with its date window, three round slots and two arc gauges on a sunray dial, with the seconds sweeping along the edge of the dial. STYLE • 13 presets pairing a dial with an accent color: Night, Burgundy, Military, Black, Tobacco, five Chalk dials (white dial with a Night, Burgundy, Black, Military or Sky flange), Sand, Powder pink, Celadon • Dial and accent color can also be chosen separately: 13 dials and 30 accent colors in rainbow order • Sunray dial, recessed sub-dials, faceted hands and a date window, in the Outfit typeface • Three layouts: hour sub-dial at 1:30, 9 or 4:30 • A seconds arc fills the edge of the dial TIME AND DATE • Hour and minute hands on the large sub-dial, seconds around the dial • Date window at 6 o'clock; when hidden, the 6 comes back on the sub-dial DATA • 3 round slots (one large), each showing one of 42 data with its ring: heart rate with its 5 zones, progress toward a goal, or the value alone • 2 arc gauges, each showing one of 30 data or hidden, with a cursor, an icon and the value following the curve • Data: steps, heart rate, resting heart rate, battery, Body Battery, calories, stress, floors climbed, intensity minutes (day, week), distance of the day, weekly running and cycling distance, respiration, Pulse Ox, recovery time, notifications, temperature, feels like, precipitation chance, humidity, sunrise, sunset, moon illumination, solar intensity, day, week and year progress, UV index; in the slots also altitude, pressure, wind, high / low temperature, VO2 max running and cycling, race predictors (5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon), wheelchair pushes • Goals from your watch (steps, floors, intensity minutes) or of your choice (calories, daily distance, weekly running and cycling distance) • Units follow your watch settings (°C/°F, m/ft, km/mi, hPa/inHg, km/h/mph) • On touchscreen watches, touch and hold a slot or a gauge to open the matching screen • Customize from the Garmin Connect app or directly on the watch ALWAYS-ON • Minimal low-power mode on AMOLED watches: the hour sub-dial and the outlines of the hands in soft gray, with the date, shifted every minute to protect the display • On MIP (memory-in-pixel) watches: the screen never turns off, the full face stays on while the watch sleeps, without the seconds Some data depend on your watch model (solar intensity, recovery time, race predictors…); data your watch does not provide shows "--".
