Sauna Lab records sauna, cold bath and rest phase times and heart rate. This free early release supports fenix 8 Solar / Dual Power 47mm. PRICING Currently free, with no payment or donation requests. We plan to introduce paid access in the future. Timing, pricing, included features and treatment of existing users have not been decided. Changes will be announced in advance. FEATURES - Large heart rate and phase time, with colored phase labels - Sauna / cold bath / rest transitions and set counting - Save the session, then exit the app - The latest five sessions and heart-rate graphs on the watch - Garmin activity recording and normal Garmin synchronization CONTROLS START begins a session. While recording, START opens Save and exit / Discard and exit / Return. LAP on the main screen advances to the next phase. The menu can undo the most recent transition once. Up/down switches between main and history views. Main-menu Save and exit saves directly and closes after completion. Failed saves can be retried. BACK on the main screen exits before recording starts. EARLY-RELEASE LIMITATIONS Development is ongoing. Saving, exiting and history reload have been checked in the simulator. Physical-watch saving/exiting, Garmin Connect synchronization and long-duration use have not completed verification. Bugs and device-specific limitations may remain. Up to three stars show configured heart-rate rules. Confirm and configure maximum heart rate and zone thresholds first. Stars do not assess safety, medical condition or relaxation. Rest is not rated. Missing or stale heart rate suspends assessments and alerts. Respiration and stress are not displayed during recording. Heart-rate graphs are compacted to about 240 points. Recovery may split the activity recording. This is a separate app from the owner-only beta; local history and settings do not migrate automatically. OPERATING CONDITIONS Garmin recommends removing the watch before entering a sauna or hot tub. This app does not extend the watch's temperature or water-resistance specifications. Do not use it outside the manufacturer's operating conditions. DATA AND SUPPORT No heart rate or history is sent to a developer-operated server. No ads, analytics or GPS collection are implemented. See the linked privacy policy. Screenshots use simulated values. Report issues via Contact Developer with app version, watch model/software version, steps, expected result and actual result. Heart-rate data, passwords and serial numbers are not required.

0.1.3: Free early release with larger heart rate and phase time, and save-before-exit behavior. Paid access is planned for the future; the current release is free.
