IRONMAN POWER PRO — the complete triathlon trainer and race-day companion, unlimited. Buy once, train forever. No subscription. RACE MODE Pick a distance, set a goal time, and the watch builds the whole race for you — swim, T1, bike, T2, run — with a time budget for every leg. • Full — 3.86 km swim / 180.2 km bike / 42.2 km run • Half — 1.9 km / 90.1 km / 21.1 km • Olympic — 1.5 km / 40 km / 10 km • Sprint — 750 m / 20 km / 5 km Transitions can be switched off, and any race can be scaled to a 50% or 25% simulation so you can rehearse race pacing in training. AHEAD OR BEHIND, ALWAYS This is the heart of the app. Your goal time is split into a pace budget per leg, and the live view shows exactly where you stand: AHEAD 0:42 in green, BEHIND 1:15 in red, updated as you move. Every discipline has its own colour — swim blue, bike amber, run green — so one glance tells you which leg you're on and how it is going. SESSIONS, CHALLENGES AND DRILLS • 12 prebuilt sessions — Classic Brick, Race-Pace Brick, Long Ride + T-Run, Transition Repeats, Yasso 800s, FTP Builder, Sweet-Spot 90, CSS Swim Test, Long Run Negative Split, Zone 2 base ride and run, Recovery Spin + Strides. • A Daily Session — one pick a day, the same for everyone. • 8 time-trial challenges, each with its own personal best: 750 m and 1500 m swim, 20 km and 40 km bike, the 20-minute bike test, 5 km and 10 km run, and the Fastest Sprint-Brick. • 15 drills for swim technique, bike cadence, run form and T1 / T2 practice. • A custom builder for your own swim / bike / run / rest blocks, plus a weekly plan. LIBRARY 11 topics on the things that actually decide your race: pacing strategy, training zones, FTP and CSS, fueling by the hour, the swim, bike and run legs, transitions, and a race-week and race-day checklist. WHILE YOU TRAIN • Live pace ring, segment dots and per-discipline colours. • Heart rate on screen. Optional outdoor GPS advances bike and run legs automatically when you reach the distance; Done always works indoors. • Records to Garmin Connect as one activity with ONE LAP PER SEGMENT. AFTER YOU TRAIN • Full history with per-segment splits. • Automatic personal bests per race distance and per challenge. • Trend charts for session time and total distance. • Athlete profile: level, gender, goal race and goal time. EIGHT LANGUAGES English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Russian and Lithuanian. The app follows your watch language. Works across the fenix, epix, Forerunner, venu, vivoactive, Instinct, Descent, Enduro, MARQ and Approach families — round and rectangular, AMOLED and MIP, touch and button-only. Everything is drawn in code, so it stays sharp on every screen. Distances are metric (m / km). CONTROLS UP / DOWN or the touchscreen to scroll, START to select. During a session, BACK marks the current segment done and takes the lap; START or a tap opens the pause menu (resume, skip, finish, discard). FULL VERSION This is the full app — unlimited races, sessions and challenges, no gate, one-time purchase, no subscription. Just training.
