Descripción

I like coffee! https://www.buymeacoffee.com/axl13 SmO2Graph is an advanced data field for endurance athletes that transforms your Moxy or Humon Hex muscle oxygen sensor into a powerful, real-time pacing and physiological guide. It goes beyond simple data display by using a sophisticated trend analysis algorithm to interpret your SmO2 dynamics, providing you with clear, color-coded feedback on your physiological state so you can optimize your effort, manage your energy reserves, and perform at your peak. -- Description This data field provides a comprehensive, graphical view of your muscle oxygenation (SmO2) and total hemoglobin (THb) levels throughout your activity. It is designed to give you actionable insights into your body's energy systems, helping you understand the relationship between oxygen delivery and consumption in your working muscles. -- Key Features: * Real-Time Graphing: A clear, color-coded graph displays your smoothed SmO2 trend, allowing you to visualize your physiological response to changes in effort instantly. * Intelligent Trend Analysis: The core of SmO2Graph is a state machine that analyzes your SmO2 data to identify four distinct physiological states, each represented by a unique color on the graph: * Red (Strong Decline): A rapid drop in SmO2. This indicates a heavy reliance on anaerobic energy and warns that your current effort is unsustainable. * Yellow (Weak Decline): A slow, steady decrease in SmO2. You are pushing hard and approaching your limit, a state that can be held for a limited time. * Green (Stable): Oxygen delivery is meeting muscular demand. This is your sustainable, steady-state effort for long durations. * Blue (Recovery): SmO2 is actively rising, showing that oxygen delivery is exceeding demand. This confirms you are recovering effectively during easier periods or rest intervals. * Essential Data at a Glance: The data field displays your current smoothed SmO2 value, session MAX and MIN SmO2, and current THb concentration. * Live Configuration: All algorithmic settings, including smoothing windows and the thresholds that define each trend state, can be adjusted live during an activity through your Garmin Connect app settings, allowing you to fine-tune the data field to your unique physiology. By interpreting these color-coded states, you can make smarter pacing decisions, avoid "burning matches" unnecessarily, ensure your recovery intervals are effective, and truly dial in your performance for any endurance event. On the smaller Datafields will revert back to displaying just numbers.

Novedades

1.0.2 New Features: * Garmin Connect Integration: Your SmO2 and THb data is now saved directly to the activity's FIT file. You can now view detailed graphs and analysis of your muscle oxygen data in Garmin Connect after your workout. * Detailed Data Fields: Added new data fields for lap and session averages for both SmO2 (as Hemoglobin Percent) and THb (as Hemoglobin Concentration), which will also be available in Garmin Connect. Fixes & Improvements: * Icon Color Fixed: Corrected an issue where the "O2" text in the droplet icon would appear black on a black background when using a light/day theme. The text is now correctly displayed as white in all themes. * Improved Labels: Added proper labels, chart titles, and units for all new data fields to ensure they are displayed correctly in Garmin Connect. 1.0.1 * New: Sensor Battery Indicator: A battery status icon has been added to the top-right corner of the header on Edge devices. The color indicates the sensor's battery level: Green (Good), Yellow (Low), Red (Critical), and Grey (Disconnected). * Improved: Edge Device Layout: The data field has been significantly improved for Edge devices. All text and graph lines now automatically adapt to the device's day/night theme, ensuring perfect visibility on both light and dark backgrounds. * Improved: Connection Status: The graph fill will now turn grey during periods of sensor signal loss, providing clear visual feedback when data is not being received. * Improved: Graphics Rendering: Anti-aliasing has been enabled for smoother lines and graphics. The graph now uses a buffered bitmap for flicker-free updates, resulting in a more polished visual experience. 1.0.0 * Live Settings: The data field now updates its settings (smoothing, thresholds, etc.) live during an activity if you change them in the Garmin Connect app. * UI & Layout: * The trend colors were changed: orange is now yellow, and dark red is now red. * The logic for the "Stable" (green) trend color was widened to appear more often. * On round watches, the MAX/MIN labels were moved lower and their positions were swapped. * Fixed a compilation error related to the launcher icon in drawables.xml. * Bug Fixes & Refactoring: * Fixed a potential crash on startup related to the graph's time scale. * Corrected a bug where an invalid function (Math.min) was called, which would have caused a crash. * General code cleanup and removal of unused layout files. 0.0.3e - Updated for more devices. - EXPERIMENTAL: Option for coloring graph by trend: up, down, stable. 0.0.2l - Updated tor more devices. - Increase sensor search timeout 0.0.2h - Fix font color in night mode 0.0.2f - Added new devices with the new SDK 7.5 0.0.2e - Improved logging 0.0.2c - Fixed ThB logging 0.0.2 - Rebuild for new SDK 6.2. - Added new devices
