Running Power Deck puts a full power-focused dashboard in one field slot: a hero cell showing your smoothed, banded running power, plus Cadence, Climb Rate, and Efficiency Factor always on screen, and one slot left open for whatever else you want to see. The hero cell works exactly like my standalone Power Cap field: green in your target zone, amber once you're pushing past it, red at or above your hard cap (red will also trigger an audible and vibration alert that fires every 30 seconds when you're in the red), grey when you're comfortably under effort. Efficiency Factor gets its own live green/amber/red band too, so a fatigue signal is visible at a glance without reading the number. Features: • Hero power cell banded to your own target zone and hard cap, fully configurable • Cadence, Climb Rate and Efficiency Factor pinned and always visible • One fully configurable slot for whatever else matters to you • Efficiency Factor cell with its own live green/amber/red band Built for runners who want Power Cap's effort-ceiling awareness alongside cadence, climb rate and fatigue signal, all in a single field slot. My Garmin apps are 100% free and always will be. v1.0.1 - Added a setting to turn off the audible/haptic power-cap alert, for anyone who'd rather keep the banded power display without the repeating alert.
