A distraction-free Pomodoro timer that runs entirely on the watch. No phone connection and no account required. Completely free. PLEASE READ FIRST This is a Pomodoro timer you use with the app open. That is the only state in which it can reliably alert you at every work and break change. Connect IQ closes a watch app the moment you leave it, so it cannot keep counting in the background the way a phone app does. Version 2.4 adds a best-effort way to go back to the watch face for a moment or check a notification ("Keep running & exit"), with these limits: • NO "app is running" icon or button appears anywhere on the watch while the app is closed. To check, open the glance or the app itself. • Alerts while the app is closed are NOT guaranteed. They can arrive minutes late, and they may not arrive at all. The system limits how often a watch app may wake itself. • While the app is closed, the app itself cannot vibrate. Anything you feel is the watch's own notification alert, which follows your notification and Do Not Disturb settings. Keep the app open if you want every work and break announced on time. During a pomodoro, give your work your full attention! TIMER • Work / short break / long break cycles. Default 25 / 5, long break after 4 sets • Big MM:SS countdown, a color progress ring, set dots, a run / pause indicator • Tap the center to start or pause. Menu icon or swipe left for settings • Swipe right for a safe exit menu; a stray swipe never ends it • Pause and come back later; a glance shows the live remaining time IN SETTINGS • Work, short break, long break and set count, by picker. Presets: 25/5, 15/3, 50/10 • Start menu: pick one of three editable quick presets on launch and start at once (off by default) • Stop after sets: after the last set, choose Repeat, New timer or Exit instead of the long break (off by default) • Skip or step back a phase at any time • Vibration and Sound, each on or off. Default is vibration only; both off for silence • Countdown vibe, a pulse for each of the last 3 seconds before a switch • Touch lock with 2-tap or 3-tap unlock, a clock on the timer screen, a 1/100s display PERMISSIONS: Background and Notifications, only for the attempted alert described above.
