**App name**: Manx Live **Short description** (one line): Live heart rate to your Manx workout, and the next level on a guided machine on your wrist. **Description**: Manx Live connects your watch to Manx, a personal training app. It needs a Manx account; without one it does nothing useful. Open Manx Live at the start of a workout and your heart rate (and cadence, power and speed from paired sensors) appears on the Manx workout screen on your phone every few seconds, with its zone and trend. On a guided bike, treadmill or rower programme, the watch shows the level to set now, how long it lasts and what comes next. It buzzes three seconds before each change and again at it, so you can keep your eyes off the phone. Lifting: with a lift open in Manx, run the whole set on your wrist. Adjust the weight and reps, time the set, rate how it felt, and rest with a countdown. Each set is logged in Manx as if you had tapped it on the phone.
