Focus Flow is a simple, focused Pomodoro timer for your Instinct watch. Classic Pomodoro technique: work in 25-minute focus blocks separated by short breaks. After four focus blocks, take a longer 30-minute rest. Flow runs the full cycle on your wrist no need to pick up your phone. WHAT MAKES FLOW DIFFERENT Every completed 25-minute focus block is tagged with an activity: - Coding - French - Reading - Work - Personal Project You see at a glance where your focused time actually goes not just "how much focus did I get today" but "how much of it went to coding vs. reading vs. work." That's a question generic Pomodoro apps don't answer. FEATURES - Classic 4-cycle Pomodoro: 25-min focus + 5-min break, repeated 4 times, with an optional 30-min long break. - Activity tagging on every session. - Stats: today, this week, lifetime, broken down by activity. - Stats persist through watch restarts. - Pause, resume, skip, or cancel mid-session at any time. - Vibration and tone notifications at every phase boundary. - Configurable focus and break durations. - Lightweight: under 30 KB, designed for the Instinct's limited memory. STATS YOU ACTUALLY USE Completed flows are recorded the moment they finish even if you skip the long break or cancel the next session. Your weekly count never lies. CONTROLS - START: begin a session / pause-resume during a session - DOWN: skip current phase, or open stats from Home - UP: previous stats page - BACK: cancel session PRIVACY Flow stores all session data locally on your watch. It does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. No account, no sync, no telemetry.
