Descripción

O-range is a training tool for orienteers. Load a course from www.o-range.no onto your Garmin watch and run it without flags in the forest. The watch shows the distance to the next control and beeps and vibrates when you get there. Your splits – control codes, leg times, leg pace and leg distance – are saved with the activity in Garmin Connect. O-range basic is the version for older watches and watches with less memory. Newer watches use O-range (formerly O-range plus), which also has My Events, a compass page and a map page. Three modes: Regular race, Score-O and Course setting. Get started 1. Register for free at www.o-range.no and upload your course: IOF XML 3.0 or GPX from Purple Pen, OCAD or any other course-planning tool. You can also get courses from Livelox and O-track. 2. Copy the link code from your user page on o-range.no and enter it as Link Code in the O-range basic settings in the Garmin Connect app. 3. Open O-range basic on the watch. It links by itself and loads your active course. Teams: enter your team's code as Team Code, and My Team loads the course the team owner has chosen.
