Real toughness isn't built in a gym. Manual Work Tracker records farm chores, yard work, and hard labor as proper workouts, because an afternoon of splitting logs deserves the same credit as a session on the rower. Every activity is saved as a native FIT file, syncs to Garmin Connect, and counts toward your training load, calories, and weekly intensity minutes. TRACK REAL WORK • Firewood Prep (chops and loads in one session) • Log Splitting • Snow Shoveling • Stacking Firewood • Digging • Gardening • Lawn Mowing • Construction Work • House Cleaning AUTOMATIC REP COUNTING The watch's accelerometer detects your working rhythm and counts chops, strokes, and loads automatically, no tapping the screen with work gloves on. Missed one? Hold UP (or hold the screen on touch devices) to add it manually. LIVE DASHBOARD Everything on one screen while you work: elapsed timer, live heart rate, calories, rep count, work rate per minute, and the time of day, so you don't miss lunch. Extra pages show calorie and rep detail. BUILT FOR THE JOB SITE • Workload score summarizing how much you actually moved • Reps, rate, and workload recorded as custom FIT fields visible in Garmin Connect • Pause menu with Resume / Stop & Save / Discard no accidental exits mid-job • Post-save summary receipt: duration, avg HR, calories, reps, workload • Layouts tuned per device: subscreen-aware on Instinct, full round layout on Venu SUPPORTED DEVICES Garmin Instinct 2 / 2S / 2X (including Solar, Dual Power and dezl editions), Instinct 3 AMOLED (45mm / 50mm), Instinct E 40mm, fenix 5 Plus, fenix 5X Plus, fenix 6 (including Solar and Dual Power), fenix 7 / 7S / 7X (including Pro models; quatix 7, tactix 7, quatix 7X Solar and Enduro 2), fenix 8 (47mm / 51mm), fenix 9 (43mm / 47mm / 51mm), tactix 8 (47mm / 51mm), quatix 8 (47mm / 51mm), Forerunner 70 / 165 / 170 / 255 / 265 / 570 (42mm / 47mm) / 965, Venu 2, Venu 3, Venu 3S, Venu 4 (41mm / 45mm), D2 Air X15, vivoactive 6.
