The time in round glowing dots, like a tiny LED sign. Firefly sets the time in round dots, like a small LED sign, with a line above it, a line below it and a ring of dots round the rim. Every letter and every icon is made of the same dots, in square-cut characters. Everything is set in the Connect IQ app, in sections: - Colours: dots in white, amber, green, cyan or red, and a highlight colour for the day of the month, the icons and the ring - Time: 12- or 24-hour, or as your watch is set, with or without a zero before single-digit hours, in any size - Above and below the time: the weather, the date in 5 formats, a reading (steps, heart rate, watch battery, Body Battery, calories, active calories, intensity minutes, stress, floors, Pulse Ox, UV, next sunrise or sunset, altitude, distance or notifications) or nothing, each line in its own size - Edge dots: 12 hour marks, or 60 dots that fill clockwise with the seconds or a reading, such as your watch battery, steps toward your goal or Body Battery; calories fill toward goals you set - Always-on: the time and the line below in grey, white or your dot colour, with the line above if you want it, or switch it off Good to know: - Touch and hold the line above or below the time to open the matching Garmin screen. - To protect the AMOLED screen from burn-in, the face shifts a few pixels each minute, awake and in always-on. - Garmin limits how bright the always-on face may be. If the lines you choose would make it too bright, Firefly hides them, the one above first. The time always stays. - Active calories are an estimate (total calories less your resting burn) and may differ slightly from the Garmin app. - The "Communication" permission is how Garmin lets a face read your Body Battery, stress and Pulse Ox, and open Garmin screens. No data leaves your watch. - Firefly uses only data your watch already has. Nothing is collected or sent anywhere. Made for round AMOLED Garmin watches.
