Beskrivelse

Tai Chi Pro is a quiet observer of your practice. It does not tell you how to move — it measures how you moved, and shows you the numbers afterwards. DURING PRACTICE • Smoothness — how evenly your movement flows, from the accelerometer. • Weight shift — the slow sway of your body as weight moves between the legs. • Symmetry — how closely the two sides of your practice mirror each other, derived from wrist rotation (gyroscope). • Heart rate and remaining time on one large, readable screen. BEFORE AND AFTER • 60 seconds of quiet standing before and after the session records your heart rate variability (RMSSD), so you see both numbers side by side. • Body Battery before and after, breaths per minute, calories, and how much watch battery the session used. AFTER THE SESSION • Four summary pages, a one-tap note of how you feel (tense / neutral / relaxed), and the session is saved as an activity that syncs to Garmin Connect. • Day streak counter — a session counts from three minutes. • Weekly trend: the 7-day average of all three scores and whether each one moved up or down compared with the week before. OPTIONS • Session length 5, 10 or 20 minutes. • Optional gentle vibration every 30/60/90 seconds as a reminder to keep the transitions smooth. • Baseline measurement and activity recording can both be switched off. Tai Chi Pro is a practice log, not a medical device. It reports what the sensors measured and makes no health or therapeutic claims. On watches without a gyroscope the symmetry score is shown as N/A and everything else keeps working. Free to try for 1 days. After the trial the app shows an activation code: go to kzl.io/code, enter it and complete the one-time purchase. The app unlocks automatically within a minute, the next time your watch syncs. One purchase, no ads, no subscription.

You can now pick any length from 1 to 60 minutes, or "No limit". With no limit the timer counts up and the session ends when you decide: press BACK during practice and choose Finish. The quiet minute that measures your heart rate variability still follows, and START skips it if you want to stop right away.
