Beskrivelse

Built for ATHX athletes, ATmetrYX turns your Garmin watch into a race-day and training companion for the ATHX hybrid fitness format. COMPETITION MODE — THE FULL ATHX RACE FORMAT Follow the complete ATHX race sequence on your wrist, zone by zone, with timers that move you forward automatically: - Warm-up - Strength: Strict Press 1RM (6 min), Back Squat 3RM (6 min), Deadlift 5RM (8 min) - Refuel (10 min) - Endurance (22 min): alternate run and row segments, with a segment counter - Recovery (30 min) - Metcon X (25 min) Live heart rate with zones, a set counter in Strength, and a race summary at the finish. TRAINING MODES — PREPARE FOR YOUR ATHX RACE - Strength: you control sets and rest, add new exercises, up to 40 sets - Endurance: choose Run or Row, mark laps with one button - Metcon X: open timer with live heart rate AFTER THE EFFORT - Heart-rate recovery measured for 120 seconds after Endurance and Metcon X sessions (and after competitions on larger watches) - Every session is saved to Garmin Connect as a regular Garmin activity YOUR ATHX CATEGORY Choose Lite, ATHX or Pro in the app settings. It sets your Endurance segment distance (500 m, 750 m or 1,000 m). ATmetrYX COCKPIT — COMING SOON Your sessions don't stop at the watch. The ATmetrYX web cockpit is coming soon: review every session set by set, your heart-rate recovery and your progress over time. Add your email and turn on sharing in the app settings today, and your ATHX training history will be waiting for you when the cockpit opens. YOUR DATA — NOTHING LEAVES YOUR WATCH WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT Sharing your data with ATmetrYX is off by default. You turn it on yourself in the app settings (Garmin Connect app on your phone): "Share my heart rate and sessions with ATmetrYX (health data)". You can turn it off at any time. The app checks this setting before every transfer. While it is off, nothing is sent: your last 3 sessions stay on your watch, ready to be sent if you turn sharing on. What is shared when you allow it: your heart rate and heart-rate variability, your session data (timings, sets, segments, distances), your Body Battery and stress level, and profile data from your Garmin account (such as birth year, sex, height, weight, heart-rate zones and VO2max). The full list is in our privacy policy. Your sessions are always saved to Garmin Connect, whatever you choose. Privacy policy: https://atmetryx.com/privacy/ — Contact: [email protected] COMPATIBILITY 108 Garmin watches: AMOLED, MIP colour and Instinct monochrome models. Watch interface in English. ATmetrYX is an independent app published by Studio FP24. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by ATHX or ATHX Games. ATHX is referred to only to describe the race format the app supports.
