Beskrivelse

EFFICIENCY FACTOR FIELD This field tracks Normalised Power divided by Heart Rate and was created based on an idea and with the help of a user. Primarily useful to track heart rate decoupling throughout a steady state aerobic workout - such as during HEAT training or over long rides at a continuous stable power (Powerzone 2 or 3) as fatigue builds. For steady-state aerobic exercises heart rate decoupling (AD … Aerobic Decoupling) is displayed. After at least 20 minutes of aerobic exercise, the decoupling status is displayed as colored bar. AD is the continuously calculated percentage of the efficiency factor for the second half relative to the efficiency factor for the first half of the current workout. Select warnings for AD more than 3% in the settings. The data field can be used in 3 different field sizes: -narrow field width: only one EF value is displayed, then changes automatically or by tap -full screen width, small field height: 3 EF values are displayed -full screen width and double height (layout 4B, 4C, and 5B): an additional graphic is displayed Want to learn how to increase your gains by 6-8%? https://velo.outsideonline.com/road/road-training/heat-training-cycling-complete-guide/
