Beskrivelse

A glance and widget to display data from intervals.icu. Graphs are both radial or rectangular, with additional data pages from intervals.icu derived quantities. Press "START" in application to toggle zoom mode. *NB* You need to authorise this app, either through logging into intervals.icu through Garmin Connect, or to paste an intervals.icu API key into the settings for this app in ConnectIQ (this mechanism will be deprecated in the 1.x.x+ series). You can find your API key after logging in to intervals.icu, and then going to settings. Scroll down to "developer settings"; and then click on "API key". Copy this API key into the settings for this app in Garmin ConnectIQ.

# Changelog ## v0.11.12 — 2026-09-19 **Fitness, fatigue and form on your watch face.** The app publishes a complication named "Intervals data" carrying all three numbers in one string - `31/15/+16`, or `31/15/+52%` when "Form as %" is on. Add it to any watch face that supports Connect IQ complications, or to Face It. It follows the app's own rounding and form scale, so it can never disagree with the pages inside the app, and the background sync refreshes it, so a face stays current between opens. It costs **no extra API requests** - it only reads the cache the sync already keeps. One complication rather than one per metric: a watch's picker only ever offers the first complication an app declares, so a single string carrying all three is worth more than three values that cannot be chosen. **Fenix 9 support** - all seven variants (43mm, 47mm/51mm, Pro 43/47/51mm, Pro Solar 47/51mm), taking the app to 66 devices. The Pro Solar models are MIP at 260x260 and 280x280, the same geometry as the already-supported fenix 7 and 7X. **Fixed a crash on watches without a graphics accelerator.** Opening the app on a Forerunner 255 tripped the Connect IQ watchdog (`Code Executed Too Long`) while drawing the polar load chart - the default first page - so the app crashed on open. This affects the 18 MIP devices among the 66 supported: fenix 7/7S/7X and Pro variants, fenix 8 Solar, fenix 9 Pro Solar, Forerunner 255/255s/955 and Enduro 3, none of which have the GPU the AMOLED models use. The chart code was unchanged since v0.8.3, so the crash had been present in production since then. The cause was two kinds of work that produced nothing on screen. The spline renderer solved a Catmull-Rom cubic per segment even when the step count worked out to one per span - and such a span evaluated at its endpoint is exactly the next control point, so 178 cubics per frame were being solved to draw a plain polyline. And the zone-band underlays were antialiased, which does nothing for a solid fill built from overlapping strokes. Antialiasing is now kept for the data curves only, the underlays follow a step budget instead of a fixed 241 spokes (or one strip per pixel column on the rectangular chart), and the ring chart's baseline band is one arc as thick as the band rather than one arc per radius pixel. The chart now draws on a Forerunner 255 in 7-12 ms. **A faster glance.** The glance stalled as it scrolled into view and again as it took focus. Three causes: the form-zone bands behind its chart were antialiased, which costs time on a vertical line and changes nothing; every data accessor re-read and deserialised the whole cache from Storage, six times per draw, where once per draw will do; and taking focus re-registered the wake and activity-completed background events every time, though those persist on the device until unregistered. Measured on the watch itself, since the simulator - where Storage is memory and drawing is native - reproduced none of it. **Text pages re-spaced, with bigger numbers.** Values on the tile pages are now the largest the row can hold, 76px against 68px before on a 454px watch, and the tiles run from just under the header to just above the page dots instead of stopping short at both ends. Tile width follows the screen's actual shape: a row near the top or bottom of a round display sits on a shorter chord than one across the middle, so a single fixed width both wasted the middle and overhung the ends. The middle row is now half again as wide as before. Long labels shrink to fit instead of running past their tile, the status page pairs its rows so the longest values land on the widest row, and on the form page the hero number and the zone label below it no longer overlap. Versions 0.11.6-0.11.11 were beta-only iterations of the above and never reached production. ## v0.11.6 — 2026-09-08 **Fitness, fatigue and form on your watch face.** The app publishes a single complication named "Intervals data" whose value is all three numb
