Every run, one screen. Stride is a full screen running data field that shows your heart rate zone, pace, distance, timer and how you are doing against your goal, all in one clean layout. It changes on its own for workouts and races, so one field covers every run. Run view - Heart rate zone arc from your Garmin zones, with an arrow that shows where you are inside the zone - Heart rate with a heart that turns your zone color - Big current pace, smoothed so it does not jump around - Distance and timer - Average pace vs your goal pace: green up arrow when you are ahead, red down arrow when you are behind - Cadence on the bottom line (or lap pace, both, or neither) - Time in zone bar and the time of day Workout view (automatic) - Shows up when a structured workout from Garmin Connect or a training plan is running - Target band for pace or heart rate steps, step distance left, total distance and the next step - Buzzes when you drift: two short for too fast, one long for too slow Race mode - Set your race distance (5K, 10K, half, marathon or custom) and goal finish time - Projected finish time, banked time ahead or behind, and the pace you need from here - Even or negative split pacing plan - Lap at course markers option Alerts - Split flash every mile or km with your split vs goal (1 short buzz) - Zone cap: set a top zone and get told to ease up (3 short buzzes) - Fuel reminder every 20 to 60 minutes (1 long buzz) - Alert cards show on Stride's screen; the buzzes work on any screen Make it yours - Main stat: pace, heart rate, distance, timer or cadence - Matches your watch's dark or light data screen background - Miles or km from your watch settings Setup: in your run settings, open Data Screens, add or edit a screen, choose the one field layout, then pick Connect IQ and Stride. Change settings in the Connect IQ app (My Device, Stride, Settings) or Garmin Connect. Free from Colony. Looking for a watch face to match? Search madebycolony in the Connect IQ Store.

Version 1.1.0: New layout with bigger heart rate, a brighter clock and two even rows of stats you choose in Layout (Distance, Timer, Avg pace, Lap pace, Cadence, Avg cadence, Avg HR, Elevation gain, Calories). One status line shows goal ahead or behind after each mile, hill grade, reps and effort. New walk mode, hill view and rep mode for hill repeats and sprints. Hill, rep, walk and race views use the bottom row only, so distance and timer stay in view. Rows grow when the clock or zone bar is off. Goal delta, projected finish and HR drift now chart in Garmin Connect.
