Beskrivelse
Train with the plan your coach builds in RepsDown, using your Garmin the way you already do.
Your coach designs your runs, rides and sessions in RepsDown: warm-up, intervals, repeats, recovery and cool-down, with heart-rate, pace or power targets. This app brings them to your watch on its own. Every 5 minutes it checks for new or updated workouts for today and the next 7 days and saves them to your watch's native Workouts list.
When it's time to train, start your activity as usual (Run, then Workouts) and pick the session. Garmin's own workout engine guides you step by step, with target alerts and automatic step changes.
How to set it up:
1. Install the app on your watch.
2. In RepsDown, open Settings, then Connections, then Garmin, and generate your code.
3. In Garmin Connect on your phone, open this app's settings and paste the code.
4. Open the app on your watch once. From then on, new workouts arrive by themselves.
Requires a RepsDown account with endurance workouts assigned by your coach, and your phone nearby (Garmin Connect via Bluetooth) or Wi-Fi for syncing.
Nyheder
Background sync now finishes cleanly: your RepsDown workouts are saved to Training, Workouts, without errors, and the RepsDown glance shows today's workout instead of staying on "Syncing".
