Description: I did this app mainly for my purposes. Every morning I wake up and first thing I do is that I go to weight myself. I do not have a garmin scale yet and I dont like to use phone early in the morning. So I had this struggle - I want to log my weight but dont want to use my phone. With this app you can log your weight on your garmin watch and it will upload the data to your phone automatically once you have it configured. You can always use the app just to manually log the weight on your watch and log it later into your phone. This app alows you to set target weight, track how you are getting there and view them on graphs (whole time, and each months)! In the history you can either adjust the weight, delete the entry or mark it as logged so you can easily keep track of what you already logged and what not, when you have synchronisation on this happens automatically. How it works? You access the graphs by the top right button (the Start button), once you see the graphs you can swipe up and down to get to the monthly overview. To get to the menu where you can adjust the target weight/change the unit (kg/lbs) you have to hold long the down-right button/menu (middle button, left side) on your watch while you are in main menu. If you have some struggles or wishes, do not hesitate to contanct me!
