SETTINGS ON THE WATCH Hold UP, pick Watch Face, select Tape Deck Lite, press START, then Customize. The menu is drawn in the style of the face: a short How it works guide and the spinning reels switch. THE DAY ON A CASSETTE A black type I cassette with a cream and orange label: the time in large type, the date, and two reels. The tape winds from the left reel to the right one as the day goes by, and the cassette turns from side A to side B at midnight. VU meters show your heart rate and your step goal, a rolling counter shows your steps. If your watch has no value, the face shows dashes rather than a made-up number. A separate always-on design on a black screen shifts slightly every minute. THE FULL VERSION Tape Deck has five shells, five labels, three typefaces, a choice of six data for each meter and five for the counter, and Tracks: each goal day records a track, ten make a tape.
