Beskrivelse

Calileo for Garmin brings your gym training from the Calileo iPhone app to your Garmin watch. • Start a rest with one press or tap – your three rest times from the iPhone, with a countdown ring and a double buzz at the end • Log sets on your wrist: UP/DOWN or a swipe set the weight in 0.5 kg steps (hold to count fast), START or a tap moves on to the reps and saves the set • Today's workout: open machines first, finished ones below – finish a machine or end the workout right on the watch • Cardio machines (treadmill, bike, rower …): time and heart rate, then distance and level • Your heart rate while you log your sets • Everything syncs with the Calileo iPhone app – machines, weights, rests, today's workout and cardio, in both directions. Sets logged while your iPhone is out of reach are sent later and never lost. Requires the free Calileo app for iPhone with your machines set up. Connect your watch in Calileo under Settings → Garmin watch. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases.
