VGLA Lite PD Analysis is a free Connect IQ data field that directly receives ANT+ cycling dynamics not natively supported by Edge 130 / 130 Plus. It displays Power, PCO, balance, W/kg and W'bal, recording Power, pedaling data and W'bal in the activity FIT as Developer Fields. [Display] Shows 3-second average / lap average Power. Each of three lower slots selects PCO (left/right), W/kg (3-second Power / rider weight), Power Balance or W'bal (%). Duplicates are allowed. Defaults: PCO / Balance / W'bal. W/kg and W'bal have no fixed labels. [W'bal and CP Learning] CP and W' are calculated from 3, 5, 12 and 20-minute maximal mean powers. Manual inputs accept 0-2000 W; 0 means unset. An invalid or incomplete model shows "--". CP Source selects Manual or Learned. CP Learning defaults to Off. When enabled, it learns maximal mean powers in 5-second steps while the activity timer runs. Manual and learned values are separate. View or reset learned values in app settings. Learned model updates apply at the next activity or timer reset. Changing the selected model in settings resets W'bal and briefly shows RESET. W'bal decreases above CP and recovers below CP. Timer stops/pauses use 0 W recovery; missing Power during a ride is not treated as 0 W. Display: 0-100%. FIT: remaining kJ, preserving negative values separately from invalid data. W'bal Low Alert sounds and inverts the selected W'bal slot at/below the threshold. Default: On / 20%. Choose from 12 tones. A 0% threshold disables the alert and inversion. [FIT Recording and Analysis] Records available Power, Cadence, Balance, TE, PS, PCO, Power Phase and Peak Power Phase, plus calculated W'bal. Availability depends on the meter. Power is not written as standard Garmin Power. A compatible Cycling Data Analyzer directly analyzes Power, pedaling and W'bal from the original FIT without rebuilding. Optional rebuilt FITs support Garmin Connect and services requiring standard Power.
