Beskrivelse

Log every set with one press. Rest timer on the bezel. Works offline. Strength is a gym set logger built for the watch on your wrist, not the phone in your locker. Pick a program, lift, press OK. The set is logged and the rest timer starts. That is the whole workflow. ONE PRESS PER SET - The screen shows the weight and reps for the set you are about to do. Lift, then press OK. - During the rest, UP/DOWN fix the reps (or the load) of the set you just logged. - Your last session is shown on screen, so you always know what to beat. - Next time's weight is suggested for you: once you hit every planned rep, the app proposes one step heavier. REST THAT TELLS YOU WHEN TO LIFT - The rest countdown runs around the bezel ring. - Choose how you are alerted: vibration + sound, vibration only, sound only, or off. - Optional heads-up 10 s or 5 s before the rest ends, and the backlight comes on when it is over. - Rest time is set per exercise. Add 30 s or skip with one press. PROGRAMS THAT FIT YOU - Four ready-made programs (Full body, Strength, Muscle gain, At home) plus four of your own. - Name your programs on the watch or in the phone settings. Add exercises, sets, reps, rest and start weight. - 121 exercises sorted by muscle group, plus 12 custom exercise slots with your own names. - Weight steps from 0.5 kg to 10 kg, with fast entry when you hold the button. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS - New personal records are marked with a special vibration and counted on the summary. - Charts on the watch for max weight, estimated 1RM and volume over 4 weeks, 3 months, 1 year or all time. - Browse every past workout, set by set, directly on the watch. - Bodyweight exercises are tracked by reps. YOU DECIDE WHAT SYNCS After each workout, choose Save + sync to Garmin Connect or Watch only. Or set it to always or never. Your history stays on the watch either way. No account, no subscription and no companion app. BUILT FOR REAL TRAINING - Interrupted workout? Strength offers to resume or save it, and never creates duplicate activities. - Every saved workout becomes a Garmin activity, with per-set exercise, weight and reps on supported watches. - A glance shows your next program and when you last trained. - Eight accent colors. Clean dark design that is easy to read mid-set. - Available in 34 languages and made for round, square and two-color displays. Strength does not need a phone connection to work. Phone settings (weight step, programs, colors, alerts) are optional.
