Beskrivelse

Fivefold runs a classic 5x5 barbell program on your wrist. It knows whether today is workout A or B, what each lift weighs, which warm-up sets come first and which plates go on each side of the bar. Log every set with a swipe and a tap, and the rest timer buzzes when it is time to lift again. The progression works out itself: complete all sets and the weight goes up next time, miss and you repeat it, miss three times in a row and it drops 10 %. After a week or more away it offers a lighter restart that you choose. Free, no account, no trial, no phone needed. WHAT IT DOES - 5x5 (squat, bench, row / squat, overhead press, deadlift) or a 3x5 variant, alternating A and B - Linear progression per lift with your own increments (2.5 kg, 5 kg on deadlift by default), deload after three misses - Automatic warm-up sets from the empty bar to your working weight - Plates per side for your bar and the plates your gym has, in kg or lb - Rest timer per set, longer after a missed set, with vibration - Estimated 1RM per lift (Epley), personal records and a trend chart - Goal per lift with a date when you will reach it at your current pace - History of up to 160 workouts, resume an interrupted workout, saves as a strength activity in Garmin Connect - Glance with your next workout and squat weight WHAT IT NEEDS - A barbell, plates and a rack; enter your own starting weights or begin with the empty bar - Works on touch and button watches
