Beskrivelse
Love the free Sauna app? SaunaPro adds a look of your own, a history on your watch and goals that keep you coming back.
CHOOSE YOUR LOOK
Nine looks: Classic, seven themes and a custom theme you build from your own colors.
- Classic: the original SaunaPro look.
- Tactical: an old school digital military watch in green, with segmented digits.
- Ember: a glowing arc that fills as your round goes on, red in the hot phase, blue in the cold phase.
- Glacier: a frosted hexagon with tick marks, built for the cold phase.
- Nordic: a minimal screen with a hairline progress marker.
- Chrono: a chronograph ring with sub displays, like a classic wrist watch.
- Mono: a black and white grid with high contrast, easy to read in bright light.
- Retro: a synthwave sunset behind your round timer, striped bands and a perspective grid.
- Own Theme: pick your own background, text and accent colors from a named palette.
Switch anytime in Settings, no restart needed.
YOUR HISTORY, ON YOUR WRIST
The last 50 sessions are stored on the watch: rounds, duration, heart rate and temperature per session. No phone or account needed.
CHASE YOUR RECORDS
5 personal records are tracked automatically, with a banner the moment you beat one.
BUILD THE HABIT
Set a weekly session goal and keep both a weekly and a daily streak.
SEE WHAT THE HEAT DOES TO YOUR BODY
Pulse Ox (SpO2), respiration rate, stress and heart rate recovery 60 seconds after the cold plunge (HRR60) are recorded during your session, on watches with these sensors. They show up in Garmin Connect as charts and session averages, and live on the watch in up to 25 data fields.
MORE CONTROL
- Choose your own phase order, or turn the cold phase off.
- Six session templates, including Classic Finnish, Short and Cold Only.
- Ticket Clock: set a time limit for paid sauna time, for example at a spa. Turn it on or off.
- Safety alarms for max sauna time, heart rate limit and watch overheating.
- Button lock and touch guard against accidental stops.
- Undo the last phase switch.
- Three text sizes.
- Calories are saved to Garmin Connect.
Fully translated into Danish and German. Works on compatible Garmin devices.
One time purchase. No subscription, no ads.
FINDING THE APP AFTER INSTALL
Press START and scroll to SaunaPro in the activity list. If it does not appear right away, sync once with the Garmin Connect app.
SaunaPro sends anonymous usage stats (watch model, app version, a random number for this app on your watch, theme, session length and phase settings) to help improve the app. No name, location or health data is included beyond what's already in your synced Garmin Connect activity. You can turn it off in the app's settings in Garmin Connect. Privacy: api.offoverdrive.com/privacy
