One app for your whole recovery ritual: sauna, cold plunge, guided contrast therapy and guided breathing. Readable through steam, and felt on the skin when your eyes are closed. FOUR SESSION TYPES • Sauna: one giant timer in a deep red heat world, heart rate and temperature kept small on purpose • Cold Plunge: an ice-blue screen where your exposure time dominates. Enter the water temperature before you start. Your watch has no water sensor, and this app never shows numbers it did not measure • Contrast Therapy: alternating heat and cold phases with your rounds and phase lengths set before you start (default 3 rounds of 3:00 heat / 1:00 cold) • Breathe: guided breathing in three protocols, Box 4-4-4-4, 4-7-8 and Coherent 5.5-5.5. Pick the protocol and the number of rounds before you start, and the app shows you how long it will take BREATHING YOU CAN FEEL WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED • Every phase change has its own vibration: one short buzz to breathe in, two short buzzes to hold, one long buzz to breathe out. You can run the whole exercise on the hot bench or in the ice with your eyes shut • On screen, one word at a time (IN, HOLD, OUT) with the seconds left in the phase, the round you are on, and a ring that grows as you breathe in and shrinks as you breathe out SILENT BY DESIGN • Vibration only, never sound. Saunas are quiet, and you share them • 10-second warning before every phase change, a clear vibration pattern you feel through water and steam • The screen changes its color world with the phase: deep red heat, ice-blue cold. Read your phase at a glance, even half underwater ONE BUTTON, ALWAYS A WAY OUT • One press starts a session, with a short 3-2-1 countdown and no dialogs in your way • Stopping is guarded: press START once and the watch asks you to PRESS AGAIN. A second press within a few seconds opens Resume, Save or Discard, and a confirmation screen shows exactly what was stored • The same guard covers the touchscreen, so a stray tap from steam, water or a wet sleeve cannot stop your session • BACK is the lap button, like in any Garmin activity: it jumps straight to the next phase in contrast therapy and in breathing, and in sauna and cold plunge it marks a lap when your watch's activity recording supports it. It never ends your session by accident YOUR WEEK, IN MINUTES • Simple bar chart: minutes of heat and minutes of cold per day, with weekly totals • Stored locally on the watch. No phone or account needed • No scores, no readiness numbers, only minutes • Breathing sessions are not counted here, so the chart shows heat and cold only SAVED TO GARMIN CONNECT • Sessions are saved as activities with temperature graph, heat and cold time, contrast rounds, water temperature (when you entered it) and phase-labelled laps with time per phase as Connect IQ fields • Breathing sessions are saved with the number of completed rounds • For Sauna, Cold Plunge and Contrast, if the activity cannot be written the session is kept on the watch instead and still counts in your weekly stats. Breathing sessions are not part of the weekly stats, so a failed save there has nothing to fall back to One-time purchase. No subscription, no ads. Sessions saved as activities sync through Garmin Connect like any other activity on your watch. Made for Garmin devices. Contrast sends anonymous usage stats (watch model, app version, a random number for this app on your watch and whether a session was saved or discarded) to help improve the app. No name, location or health data. You can turn it off in the app's settings in Garmin Connect. Privacy: api.offoverdrive.com/privacy
