Beskrivelse

Track intermittent fasting entirely on the watch. No phone, no account, no cloud. ONE CYCLE, TWO STAGES Start a fast and see elapsed time, time left and the clock time the stage ends. Move to the eating window with one press, then back to fasting. The ring around the screen shows progress at a glance and turns red when you go past the plan. ANY PROTOCOL • Presets 16/8, 18/6, 20/4 and OMAD (23/1) • Custom hours: any fasting / eating split from 1 to 48 hours • Custom days: multi-day fasts of 1 to 14 days, with an open eating window afterwards • Changing the protocol re-plans the stage you are in METABOLIC PHASES The fasting screen names the phase you are in, from elapsed time: fed, early fasting, fat burning, ketosis, deep ketosis, autophagy, extended fast. REMINDERS WITHOUT THE PHONE Optional alerts halfway through a stage, 30 minutes before its end, and when it ends: a short vibration and a message on the watch. Each alert can be switched off. GLANCE Add the glance to your loop and see the stage, time left and elapsed time without opening the app. HONEST HISTORY Ended early or late? Enter the stage change as "15 min ago" or "1 h ago" and the log stays truthful. The history screen shows the last week as a bar chart against your goal, plus every fasting and eating stage with its duration and deviation. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays in the watch's own storage. Nothing is sent anywhere. Works on round and rectangular screens, AMOLED and MIP, button and touch watches.

Nyheder

Button hints: on round button watches a green arc marks START (next stage) and grey arcs mark UP (menu) and DOWN (history). Hold UP, or press MENU on Approach S70, to open the menu with notifications and End cycle. Fixed: the START button did nothing on venu sq 2 / 2m and D2 Air X10 (only a tap worked).
